MIND THE GAP

MIND THE GAP

How could I meditate on the equality that nature has established among men and the inequality they instituted?
If I had to choose the place of my birth would have chosen a company with a magnitude limited by the reach of human faculties a state in which all individuals if they knew each other so that neither the dark maneuvers of addiction, not greed nor the barriers between race, gender or age were a fact.

Meditating on the equality that nature has established among humans and the inequalities instituted by humans through the lens of the BE(YOU)FULL concept may involve reflecting on one’s own biases, prejudices, and beliefs. Here are some steps that could be taken:

  1. Acknowledge your own biases: Start by recognizing and acknowledging your own biases and prejudices, and the ways in which they may have been shaped by your upbringing, culture, and experiences.
  2. Reflect on your values: Consider the values that guide your behavior and beliefs and think about how they align with the principles of equality and fairness.
  3. Educate yourself: Seek out information and resources to broaden your understanding of issues related to inequality, such as race and gender disparities, and consider how they affect individuals and communities.
  4. Practice empathy: Try to understand and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences and strive to see the world from their perspective.
  5. Take action: Consider concrete actions you can take to support equality and challenge inequality in your personal and professional life, such as supporting organizations that advocate for social justice and speaking out against discrimination.

By taking these steps, you can work towards becoming the best version of yourself and promoting equality in society.

These steps can be seen to “Mind the Gap” and work towards promoting equality in society. By reflecting on your own biases, values, and beliefs, and taking concrete actions to support equality, you can contribute to bridging the gap between individuals and communities and promoting a more equitable society. However, it’s important to note that this is an ongoing process and requires continuous effort and self-reflection.
