Version 1.0 Effective 30 July 2026 United Kingdom

Membership at a glance

This summary helps you understand the membership structure. The complete terms below take precedence where further detail is needed.

01 Reader

Free registered access to selected articles, introductory resources and member previews.

02 £12 monthly

Charged when you join and then every month until you cancel.

03 £120 annually

Charged when you join and then yearly. Currently £24 less than twelve monthly payments.

04 Cancel clearly

Important These terms do not restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Where applicable law gives you stronger rights, those rights continue to apply.
Section 01

Scope and agreement

These Membership Terms and Subscription Policy govern access to the BE(YOU)FULL Reader membership and the paid BE(YOU)FULL Human Development Lab membership available through beyoufull.com.

By creating an account, selecting a membership level or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not create an account or purchase a membership.

Reader access does not include all Human Development Lab content, canonical editions, advanced resources, workbooks or protected downloads.

Section 04

When the contract begins

Before completing registration, you will be shown the selected membership level, price, billing frequency and the recurring nature of any paid subscription.

A paid membership contract begins when your payment is accepted and we provide confirmation of your membership. Free Reader membership begins when your registration is accepted and your account becomes active.

We may refuse or cancel a registration where information is materially inaccurate, payment is unauthorised, fraud is suspected, or use would breach these terms.

Section 05

Your account and access

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and current account information;
  • keep your password and access details confidential;
  • notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access;
  • use the membership only for lawful purposes; and
  • maintain only one personal account unless agreed otherwise.

Membership is personal to the registered member. You must not share, sell, transfer, lend or publicly disclose your login details.

Organisational, educational, team or multi-user access requires a separate written licence or institutional agreement.

Section 06

Recurring billing and renewal

Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically until cancelled. By selecting a paid plan, you authorise the payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your account at the stated interval.

Monthly membership renews every month. Annual membership renews every year.

We may send renewal notices or payment reminders where required by law or considered appropriate. You remain responsible for keeping your payment and contact information current.

If a payment fails, we may retry the payment and temporarily restrict membership access while the account remains unpaid.

Section 07

How to cancel

You may cancel a paid membership by:

  • using the cancellation function in your membership account; or
  • emailing info@beyoufull.com from the address connected to your account.

Standard cancellation prevents the next renewal payment. Unless a refund or earlier end date is required by law, paid access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for.

We do not impose an early cancellation fee. Cancelling a monthly subscription does not cancel an annual subscription associated with a different account, and vice versa.

Free Reader members may request account closure by contacting us.

Section 08

Cooling-off rights and refunds

Where UK consumer law provides a statutory cooling-off right, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within the applicable period, normally beginning when the contract is formed.

To exercise a cooling-off right, email info@beyoufull.com with your name, account email address and membership level.

Access to digital membership material may begin immediately after registration. Any refund, deduction for services already supplied, or effect on digital-content cancellation rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the consent presented during checkout.

Statutory rights remain unaffected. Nothing in these terms removes a refund, remedy or cancellation right that the law requires us to provide.

Outside statutory rights or an expressly stated guarantee, subscription payments are not automatically refundable merely because the member did not use the available content during the paid period.

Section 09

Changes to prices, terms or membership

Price changes

We may change membership prices. Where a change affects an existing recurring member, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the new price is charged.

You may cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not wish to continue at the revised rate.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal, operational, security or service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the website, account area or email where appropriate.

Changes to content

The Human Development Lab is an evolving knowledge and practice environment. We may add, revise, reorganise, replace or withdraw individual resources while maintaining the overall character of the membership.

Section 10

Intellectual property and permitted use

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all articles, frameworks, diagrams, visual systems, methods, recordings, exercises, PDFs, workbooks, downloads and other membership materials are owned by or licensed to CARLOS SIMPSON™ Design Studio and BE(YOU)FULL.

Membership gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the materials for your own learning, reflection and internal professional development.

Without prior written permission, you must not:

  • republish, reproduce or distribute protected materials;
  • sell, sublicense or commercially exploit membership content;
  • upload protected files to public or shared repositories;
  • remove copyright, credit or rights-management information;
  • systematically download, scrape or extract the archive;
  • use the content to train, fine-tune, evaluate or populate an artificial-intelligence system or dataset;
  • present BE(YOU)FULL frameworks or materials as your own work; or
  • reproduce the materials for organisational teaching, consulting or commercial delivery without a licence.

Limited quotation for criticism, review, research or academic citation may be permitted where lawful, proportionate and properly attributed.

Section 11

Acceptable use

You must not use the membership service to:

  • break any applicable law or regulation;
  • interfere with the website, security or payment systems;
  • circumvent content restrictions or access controls;
  • introduce malware or harmful code;
  • harass, impersonate or misrepresent another person;
  • conduct automated extraction or excessive access requests; or
  • enable another person to use your membership credentials.
Section 12

Availability, maintenance and suspension

We aim to provide reliable access, but we do not guarantee that the website or every membership resource will be continuously available without interruption.

Access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, security, hosting issues, payment-provider changes or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may suspend or terminate an account where there is a serious or repeated breach of these terms, unlawful activity, credential sharing, payment fraud or a credible security risk.

Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Section 13

Personal data and communications

We process account, payment, access and communication data as necessary to administer the membership, provide the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations and respond to requests.

Transactional and service emails may include account confirmation, payment receipts, renewal information, password recovery, security notices and important service changes.

Marketing communications are separate from essential membership communications. Where consent or another lawful basis is required, marketing will be sent only on that basis and may be withdrawn or unsubscribed from.

Payment-card information is processed by the appointed payment provider and is not intended to be stored directly within the BE(YOU)FULL website.

Section 14

Educational purpose and liability

BE(YOU)FULL materials are provided for education, reflective practice, human development and professional learning. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, clinical or emergency advice.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, interpretations and use of the material.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from personal reliance on educational material or from uses outside the intended membership purpose.

Section 15

Complaints, disputes and governing law

Please raise any concern first by emailing info@beyoufull.com. We will aim to acknowledge the complaint promptly and provide a substantive response within a reasonable period.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory protections available in your country or jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from using a court, dispute-resolution process or consumer-protection route available under applicable law.

Section 16
